  We were so impressed with the friendliness of all the staff. We did not feel pressured by anyone and did not feel that anyone was following us around. We dealt with Annie at the Byron Center location and she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the couch and love seat set we were looking for. She was great at remembering our names each time we came in. She provided us with useful information and helpful tips regarding our potential purchase. We came in several times and she was helpful and patient with us to ensure we would be happy with our couch and love seat. We will definitely return to Talsma Furniture for future purchases and recommend that our friends and family shop here as well. We were also impressed with the two delivery gentlemen who called us to see if they could deliver our furniture earlier than we were told. They were so friendly and appreciated our willingness to be flexible with the delivery time.
